Pop-Up Birthday

Don't be surprised if you have not heard from many of us here in Texas lately. We've had some pretty intense challenges, but the outpouring of love from volunteers coming from near and far has been so wonderful. My home is fine, but so many around me are suffering. God will get us through this.

For a long time I have not posted, but have a card to share today; it was made with a Stampin' Up Pop-Up birthday die. I ran the die through three times, each with a different colored paper. Then I cut and assembled the diecuts to make a cake with candles. The inside of the card also pops out.

I am entering this card in the following challenges ending:

Romans 10:9-11 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT

Acts 13:38-39"Brothers, listen! We are here to proclaim that through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. Everyone who believes in him is declared right with God—something the law of Moses could never do."  NLT

Numbers 6:24-26  May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.  NLT

2 Corinthians 5:15-20
15 He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.

16 So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! 17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

18 And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.  NLT
