My friend Jill, who makes 300 cards a month (can you EVEN imagine?????) for charities, mentioned that a group that ships cards to military posts needed tons of cards--hello, happy birthday, thinking of you, etc.
So, I don't even come close to making as many as Jill, but thought I could make a few to give her to send off to them.
I used patterned "telephone" paper with the sentiment, "Hello" from a Hero Arts collection I have; it is bordered and die cut with a SU Rose Wonder/Rose Garden Thinlits bundle. A simple ribbon knot finishes the card. These cards need to be fairly flat and CAS.
Cards are collected and sent to military posts where there is free "Hallmark" type card area where military personnel may pick a card to send home to a friend, family or sweetheart, or another military person. They need a lot of cards, especially masculine ones.
Note: If you would like to send cards to one of these organizations, please leave a comment asking for contact information and I will gladly forward that to you.

Romans 10:9-10
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT
Acts 13:38-39
"Brothers, listen! We are here to proclaim that through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. Everyone who believes in him is declared right with God--something the law of Moses could never do." NLT
