Starting with white cardstock, a green textured layer from my paper stash was added, then the sentiment was punched with a Fiskars scallop punch and backed with pop dots onto a red circle (also from my paper stash). It is attached with some pop dots to the green piece. The card is finished with a big red and gold bow at the bottom.
