Here's to You

Today I am posting a CAS card using a stamp I had never used and a piece of embossed background paper I had done long ago. It was left over from another project and I just wanted to use it for this card. The white banner is edged with a Martha Stewart punch and embellished with iridescent glitter. The bird and the sentiment are heat embossed with blue embossing powder. There are little liquid pearls in the corners of the white banner; the card is finished off with a blue and white gingham bow at the bottom.
