White cardstock was used as a base, then a black frame was die cut and sprayed with iridescent glitter spray. On top of that I sprayed some E6000 spray glue and sprinkled on some glitter that has the look and consistency of sugar. I think it looks like a night sky with millions of lesser stars as a backdrop for the Great Star, or it could be falling snow. The white star is a Cricut cut out, and each individual star piece is glittered with a fine translucent glitter from Stampin' Up. The different layers of stars are each elevated with dimensional stickies.
The sentiment is printed out from my computer and the corners are rounded with a corner rounder punch. It, too, is attached with dimensional stickies.
Here is the card:
Close up of elevation of stars:
I used these tools to make the card:
- Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight
- Cricut Wall Decor and More Cartridge
- Krylon Iridescent Glitter Spray

Romans 10:9-11
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by
believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by
confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT
