The Lord Liveth - Psalm 18:46

I am sharing a card today that features Psalm 18:46: The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted. Many of you may know the song we have often sung with the same words.

The first layer is a floral background; the second layer is a pink polka dot paper which was embellished by punching the corners with a Martha Stewart Cherish corner punch, then copiously glittered with MS Crystal Glitter and a bit of MS gold glitter, too. Wish the camera had picked up the sparkle better.

The sentiment is from Word Art Wednesday and is die cut using Spellbinders Labels Twenty-Two. The rose is Spellbinders Spiral Blossom One. It was cut in a very neon pink paper which was way too outlandish for the other colors on the card, so I spray painted it with white and glittered it. The butterfly is Spellbinders Les Papillons Two, also glittered and embellished with a pink Ranger liquid pearl, and the leaves are Die Namics Layered Leaves. A lace strip across the bottom with a lace bow finishes the card.

Here it is:

Romans 10:9-11
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT

Acts 13:38-39
"Brothers, listen! We are here to proclaim that through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. Everyone who believes in him is declared right with God—something the law of Moses could never do." NLT
