A Virtuous Woman

This week at Word Art Wednesday we were given a wonderful scripture graphic about the Virtuous Woman.  I can't think of a more wonderful sentiment to put on a Mother's Day card. However, since my mother and my husband's mother have both gone to Heaven, I will be giving this as a birthday card to a precious woman of faith who has been a mentor to many.

I started out with white cardstock and put some dark turquoise paper on it, followed by a sweet butterfly print with happy colors.  I printed out the sentiment and put a frame around it, backed by the same turquoise paper, and backed again by a redish pink frame.  A bright pink bow and a die cut turquoise butterfly finished off the card.

Here are the products I used for the die cutting:

  • Spellbinders:  Fleur de Lis
  • Memory Box:  Pippi Butterfly

Here is a picture of the card:

I am also entering this card in the Flutterby Wednesday challenge this week.

Thank you for stopping by my blog.  As always, I pray for God's highest and best for you today and every day.

Blessings,

Ginny B.
